3D printing

3D printing is one of the revolutionary technologies of the 21st century.
In printing, a slicer program generates a code for printing, which our printer uses to create a series of overlapping layers of liquid, powder or whatever is most suitable for the product, gradually building up the model. These layers, which match the dimensions of the virtual model in shape and thickness, are then bound together by the printer or automatically adhered to each other.
The biggest advantage of 3D printing is that it can produce almost any shape or geometry.
With today's technologies, printing a model can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on the method used and the size and complexity of the body. Traditional manufacturing methods such as injection moulding, for mass production of polymer parts, are usually cheaper, but for small quantities 3D manufacturing is faster, more flexible and cheaper.
3D printers allow product development teams to produce parts and concept models using desktop-sized printers.

Our company has a Creality CR-10-S5 3D printer.
