As mentioned earlier in the 2021 Annual Review, STAL-West Ltd has had a successful year, despite the Covid pandemic, that has affected all aspects of life. We have managed to retain our international partners and further increase the volume of domestic orders and contract works. There has been no reduction in order quantities from our partners, in fact, there has been a slight increase, and we have also added a new foreign customer, for whom we have successfully completed a trial production. The signing of the contract is on the agenda and will be reported.

The challenges have prompted us to further optimise our production processes, which will allow us to be even more efficient. In this context, it is necessary to reorganise the production hall and the introduction of a second shift has become indispensable. In addition to the production of steel and aluminium, our powder spraying department also has two shifts to meet orders. Other departments will soon be switching to a two-shift system as well.

The creativity of our employees also contributes to improving productivity, as they have created a welding table for a welding robot recently purchased through a tender, thus helping to speed up the production process.
