1986-1990 - Agrikon Kecskemét subsidiary
1990-1994 - Agrikon Fémipari Rt., Operating as an independent economic organization
1994 - Privatization of Agrikon Fémipari Zrt
2004 - Change of ownership takes place in Agrikon Fémipari Zrt. (100% owned by Agrikon KAM Kft.)
2009 - Change of name to Gorter Fémipari Zrt. And change of ownership (75% in SÁS Vagyonkezelő Kft. + 25% in Gorter Luiken BV)
2018 - 100% of the ownership share was transferred to SÁS Vagyonkezelői Kft.
2021 - On January 18, the name was changed to STAL-West Zrt., along with a new website.

Short introduction:

• Before the change of regime, the company was the factory of Bács-Kiskun Mezőei Mezőgép, and then of Agrikon. Its main activity is the production of windows for buses and the repair of agricultural machinery.
  In 1990, the Kerekegyháza unit was spun off from Agrikon, and Agrikon Fémipari Rt. was established. The company is owned by the former Mezőgép-Agrikon group, and its scope of activity did not change at that time.
  In 1994, during the privatization, the issued share package was purchased by private individuals, at which time the main activity was the production of vehicle windows, household and industrial ladders, power cabinets, building locksmith products (windows, doors, curtain walls) as well as other surface treatment works.
  From the year 2000, the production of other sheet steel products became more and more important.
  In 2004, the company acquired the production of additional steel sheet products, in addition to the following areas of activity: sheet metal processing, bending, welding. These spheres of activity have, in fact, survived to this day.
• As of 09.02.2009, the company is 100% owned by SÁS Vagyonkezelő és Szolgáltató Kft., under the name Gorter Fémipari Zrt.
  June 24, 2009, GORTER Group B.V. The Netherlands acquired a minority interest of 25% in the company.
  In 2019, GORTER B.V. The Netherlands sold its shareholding to SÁS Vagyonkezelő és Szolgáltató Kft., so it again has a 100% ownership share in the now STAL-West Zrt.
   
• STAL-West Zrt. Is located in Kerekegyháza, 80 km south of Budapest (M5) and 20 km from Kecskemét.
  The main profile of the company is the production of aluminum sheet and profile as well as steel sheet processing from the raw material to the painted, assembled and finished product, machine parts as well as, roof and floor doors.
  There is also significant surface treatment contract work for both steel and aluminum products.
  The technical readiness of the company is also suitable for the individual and series production of products with a different structure.
  The number of employees is 60, of which 48 are productive.
  The area of ​​the factory buildings is 7287 m², the area of ​​the factory is 33184 m².
  The company is a reliable supplier to multinational companies (Gorter BV, HAKI AB., Alcoa-Köfém Kft., Putzmeister, PL2M) as well as to small volume companies.
