Robot welding

We have decades of experience in welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. We increase the efficiency and accuracy of welding processes by using a robotic welding system.

PA-E-Frame-S is a robotic welding cell that we use for automated MAG series welding tasks. The system consists of a Panasonic TM-20000WGH3 (TAWERS) welding robot, two Panasonic PD1000 positioning devices, a linear travel path, and the associated servo motor.

The welding robot can be used in the production of aluminum, stainless steel, and steel products.

Work process:

The operator places the workpiece to be welded into the device designed for the product on the A or B side of the welding cell. Once the operation is complete, the operator confirms the loading by pressing a button, exits the robot's working area, and then activates the light curtain from outside. By pressing the "start" button located on a control box on the adjacent side wall, the robot begins welding the workpiece according to pre-programmed instructions. Once the process is complete, the robot returns to its safe starting position and waits for the "start" signal to begin the next welding cycle.

In the case of parallel work, while the robot is welding on one side, the operator removes the finished welded part on the other side, then inserts the new workpiece, confirms the loading with a push button, exits the robot's work area, and activates the light curtain. The next step is to press the "start" button to activate welding on this side as well. As soon as the robot returns to its starting position after completing the work on the previous side, it automatically starts working on the other side. The process can be repeated.
